Chris Hale is an experienced design and production manager currently serving at CQ Roll Call since September 2013, where responsibilities include acting as the sole design editor for the daily Congressional newspaper Roll Call, managing print production, video editing, and writing editorial content. Prior to this role, Chris was the production manager at the American Historical Association from 2001 to December 2013, co-editing and designing the monthly magazine Perspectives on History, managing advertisement production, and overseeing all film and video content for the AHA website. Chris holds a Master of Arts in History from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from San Francisco State University. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and various video production software, Chris possesses extensive skills in graphic design, desktop publishing, and multimedia content production.
