Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly is a seasoned professional in data journalism, currently serving as Data Editor at CQ Roll Call since 2006. In this role, Ryan produces and edits data-driven stories and visualizations, collaborates closely with reporters and editors, and oversees the development of special data products and features. Previously, Ryan worked as a Senior Researcher for Congressional Quarterly, leading a team that provided essential data and research support and fact-checked various publications. Prior to that, Ryan coordinated economic development efforts as an Economic Development Coordinator for the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on connecting local efforts with governmental resources in California's 18th Congressional District. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
