Jo Ashton has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Service at CQG, Inc. since July 1996. In this role, Jo Ashton has developed customer service policies, managed a team, resolved customer complaints, liaised with product development staff, and provided training on new features and processes.
