David Barr is the Chief Executive Officer of CQL. Barr co-founded Lyons Consulting Group (LYONSCG) and served as Executive Vice President from 2003 to 2024. Lyons Consulting Group was acquired by Capgemini in 2017, after which Barr served as VP, Head of North American Sales at Capgemini from 2017 to 2024. Barr earned a BS in Political Science from Illinois State University (1990–1994).
