Jake Wilson

Jake Wilson is a commercially aware chartered tax advisor (CTA) and chartered accountant (CA) with extensive professional experience at EY and KPMG, alongside in-house roles at Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and VTB Capital. They currently serve as the Head of Tax at CQS, where they are responsible for tax compliance and advisory for UK and US management entities and funds. Previously, Jake managed the tax function at VTB Capital and held various roles encompassing corporate tax compliance and advisory. They hold a BA in Economics and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Leeds, as well as qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
