John Allan

John Allan has a diverse work experience in risk management. John started their career at Lloyds Banking Group, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Group Risk from August 2008 to August 2009. John then progressed to the role of Manager in Wholesale Risk from August 2009 to September 2011.

In 2011, John joined CQS, where they held various roles in risk management. John started as a Risk Analyst from October 2011 to January 2015. John then became a Risk Manager from January 2015 to February 2020, and eventually, they were promoted to the role of Head of Risk in February 2020.

John Allan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Mathematics from the same university, which they successfully completed from 2004 to 2008.
