Matt Kocoloski has extensive experience in the field of quantitative development and advanced analytics. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Quantitative Development at cQuant.io since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in various roles, including Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics, Manager of Advanced Analytics, Sr Quantitative Analyst, and Quantitative Analyst. At TVA, they led a team of analysts, developed and deployed mathematical models, and effectively communicated technical concepts and results to stakeholders and decision makers.

Before joining TVA, Matt worked as a Subcontractor at PwC, where they developed a Matlab model to evaluate the economic impacts of energy efficiency and demand response programs for a major electric utility. Matt also served as a Subcontractor at Industrial Economics, contributing to projects from July 2011 to October 2011.

Matt's earlier experience includes serving as a Post Doctoral Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University from September 2010 to October 2011 and as a Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2006 to July 2010. Matt began their career as a Student Researcher at the University of Dayton from January 2004 to August 2005.

Matt Kocoloski attended the University of Dayton from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (BME) degree. Matt then attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy.
