Mountain Plains Equity Group, Inc. (MPEG) recently reorganized its business activity operations; the sale of its low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) syndication platform was sold to National Equity Fund (NEF) in October of 2023.  The MPEG name has therefore been retired, but the staff and management of the company will continue forward under the name of its development company, CR Builders, LLC (CRB).   Under the CRB banner, the team is now dedicating 100% of its focus to the development of quality, affordable housing units.  With a proven track record of successful housing developments in a multi-state region, CRB brings local expertise and key resources to bear.  CR Builders, LLC is working to enhance the quality of life and to promote sustainable growth in our communities.
