CR Holland Real Estate is a multidisciplinary development firm creating experience-driven destinations that strengthen communities and drive long-term investment.

We specialize in transformative mixed-use, entertainment, hospitality, tourism, retail, residential, and sports developments that bring people together, enhance quality of life, and serve as catalysts for economic growth. Every project we undertake is guided by a commitment to quality, integrity, innovation, and long-term value.

Our collaborative approach combines market research, financial strategy, public-private partnership expertise, economic development incentives, branding, tenant strategy, and development execution to create destinations that resonate with communities, investors, and visitors alike. From concept and planning through financing, implementation, and project delivery, we help turn bold visions into successful, enduring destinations.

CR Holland’s leadership team has played a hands-on role in shaping regional economic development policy, including authoring enabling legislation that supports destination-scale investment. This unique perspective allows us to navigate complex incentive structures, structure public-private partnerships, and deliver projects that maximize both economic and community impact.

With active projects in Illinois, Kansas, and Florida, we partner with municipalities, developers, private investors, and industry-leading brands to create places where people live, work, shop, stay, play, and connect.
