The CR Practice was established with the main goal of helping people discover a gentler experience of life so they can bring the feeling of joy and contentment back into their lives. 

We share a simple yet profound understanding called the Three Principles, that lie behind all human function and experience. We help people to wake up and see what is behind all of their experiences, in a way that they discover a new level of choice, understanding, freedom and awareness to their experience of life.

Chana Rosenblatt, the founder of the practice, came across the Three Principles’ teachings of Sydney Banks over a decade ago. It sparked her on a journey of self-discovery and development, which positively affected, and ultimately transformed her whole life. Chana is inspired to share this understanding with others and is a gifted teacher, deeply connected to her inner wisdom; she emanates a kind soul and gentle spirit.
