Andres Caicedo

Andres Caicedo started their career as an intern at Microsoft in 2002, where they developed a forecasting tool and assisted in customer projects. From 2003 to 2016, they worked at Avy Sistemas as a Lead Developer and Founder, leading the development of a healthcare software solution called MD System. During their time there, they also played a senior developer role and contributed to the design and development of the application. In 2016, Andres worked as a self-employed Software Consultant. Andres then joined MDS (Medical Data Systems, Inc.) in 2017 and held various roles, including Software Developer, IT Business Solution Specialist, and IT Business Solutions Manager. In these positions, they successfully delivered over 30 projects, improved client satisfaction, and implemented new processes. Currently, they are the Lead Project Manager at C&R Software.

Andres Caicedo attended the Universidad Simón Bolívar from 1997 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering. In 2005, they then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General at the Universidad de Carabobo.
