Meg Huffaker

Meg Huffaker has over 30 years of work experience in project management and application development. Meg is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at C&R Software, where they oversee the delivery and implementation of risk/decision management software applications. Prior to this, Meg worked as a Senior Project Management Consultant at FICO for two years, where they also managed the delivery and implementation of risk/decision management software applications. Meg has also served as the Director of Application Development & Support at Long and Foster Companies for 14 years, leading multiple application development and support teams. Meg started their career at American Management Systems (AMS) as a Sr Principal, providing project team leadership and consulting services to various clients in the banking industry. Throughout their career, Meg has been responsible for client management, project resource management, project schedule management, operating budget management, project scope management, communications, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent project engagements.

Meg Huffaker has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance & Decision Sciences from The Wharton School. Meg also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College. In terms of additional certifications, Meg is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, a Certified ScrumMaster certified by the Scrum Alliance, and has certifications in CMMI and ITILv3 Foundation obtained from the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University and APM Group, EXIN, respectively.
