Nigel Hobbs

Nigel Hobbs has extensive experience in project management and consulting roles. Nigel currently serves as the Director of Global Business Operations at C&R Software, where they support the COO and VP Head of Global Professional Services in designing and implementing business processes to achieve strategic profitability and growth targets. Nigel is responsible for various key initiatives including drafting contract schedules, managing change, ensuring SOC2 compliance, implementing project governance models, and managing client engagements.

Prior to their current role, Nigel worked at FICO, where they held various positions. As a Consulting Director in the EMEA region, they played a crucial role in reducing red projects and implementing a hybrid, agile delivery methodology. Nigel also led project reviews and successfully delivered a debt manager program for Lloyds Banking Group. Nigel also served as a Program Manager and Project Manager at FICO, where they were responsible for successfully delivering projects and turning around a failing project for Tesco Bank.

Before their time at FICO, Nigel worked as a Project Manager at Astea and IRIS Software Group, where they had end-to-end project lifecycle responsibilities, including project delivery, risk management, and issue mitigation. Nigel also managed project budgets, invoicing, revenue recognition, and forecast.

Nigel's early experience includes working as a Business Consultant at IVU Traffic Technologies AG.

Nigel Hobbs began their higher education journey in 1994 at Keele University. Nigel pursued a degree in Computer Science & Geography and successfully completed their studies in 1997, earning a 2:2 degree. In 2004, Nigel enrolled in The University of Law to pursue a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law. Nigel completed this program in 2005, earning a commendation. Following this, Nigel continued their education at The University of Law, where they completed the Legal Practice Course in 2006, also earning a commendation.
