Payal Kaushal

Payal Kaushal has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent position is as a Solution Integration Lead at C&R Software, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Architect at HCL Technologies from December 2021 to September 2022.

Before that, Payal was a Data Engineering Lead at Fidelity Investments from May 2018 to December 2021. Their responsibilities in this role included enhancing data integrations between Oracle databases and Salesforce, conducting proof of concept in AWS, and improving accessibility of Salesforce Lightning components.

From March 2015 to December 2017, Payal worked as a Lead Consultant at AURISS TECHNOLOGIES, where they collaborated with B/E Aerospace on the integration of JDA products and performed data load and processing in Talend and automation through Jenkins. Payal also handled troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements, and researched the causes of unexpected inventory and forecasting issues.

From September 2014 to March 2015, Payal served as a Lead Consultant at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets. In this role, they developed and enhanced reports in the SAP Web Intelligence tool, including creating charts and scheduling reports for selected individuals.

Payal started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Impelsys in February 2006. Their responsibilities included modeling data warehouse, database design, ETL development in MYSQL and Oracle, and report development. Payal also optimized existing ETL code to reduce runtime and worked as a PL/SQL developer on Oracle Forms projects.

Payal Kaushal obtained a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they have several certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in September 2019, Machine Learning by Stanford University on Coursera obtained in November 2017, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert from Oracle obtained in May 2014, AWS Certified Developer from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in July 2021, and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org obtained in January 2020.
