Pratik singh

Pratik Singh has a diverse work experience spanning a decade. Pratik began their career in 2011 as a Data Entry Operator at Mahi Automobile and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to a role as a Technical Support Engineer at Universal Fire & Security Services where they were responsible for troubleshooting Microsoft windows issues and installing software. Pratik then joined Vodafone Bangalore in 2015 as an IT Administrator, managing user accounts and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Outlook. From 2016 to 2019, Pratik worked at Howden as an IT Service Delivery Administrator, providing support to global users and resolving software and hardware issues. In 2019, they joined ClearTax India as a System Administrator, where they created or assigned administrator roles and reset passwords. Currently, they are working as an Engineer 1 at C&R Software, starting in 2021.

Pratik Singh completed their education in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology, where they pursued a degree in Software Engineering from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Pratik has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Pratik obtained a certification in Cyber Security from Amity University Noida in April 2020. Furthermore, they achieved the certifications of "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" and "Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Associate" from Microsoft in April 2022 and September 2022, respectively.
