Ryan Cox

Ryan Cox has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Their most recent position is the Director of DevOps (Cloud Services Management) at C&R Software, where they have been since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Manager of DevOps Cloud Services Management at the same company from June 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining C&R Software, Ryan worked at FICO from 2016 to 2021. During their time at FICO, they held multiple roles including DevOps - Sr. Engineer from August 2019 to June 2021, Solution Integration - Sr. Consultant from November 2018 to August 2019, and Solution Integration - Lead Consultant from January 2016 to November 2018.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Insight Global @ Medtronic Inc. as the Lead Saba (LMS) Infrastructure and Application Consultant from November 2013 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked at NCR Corporation as a Software Support Consultant Americas, Financial Software Support from January 2013 to November 2013.

Ryan also has experience working at Saba as a Sr. Advanced Support Engineer from March 2007 to June 2012. Before that, they worked at ACS Healthcare Solutions as a Sr Systems Engineer from October 2003 to February 2007.

Their career began at Albertsons, where they worked as a Lead Sr. Systems Engineer for 11 years from September 1992 to October 2003.

Prior to working in the private sector, Ryan served in the US Army as a 16D - Hawk Missile Crew Chief during the Gulf War (Desert Storm) from August 1990 to July 1992.

Ryan Cox has a diverse education history. In 1983, they graduated from Edison High School with a diploma in College Prep. From 1987 to 1989, they attended Fullerton College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. In 2014, Ryan obtained a Change Management Specialist (CMS)® Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. Ryan also received a Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) certification from the same institute during the same year.
