Vikas Sharma

Vikas Sharma has an extensive work experience in various senior roles across multiple companies. Vikas is currently serving as the Managing Director & Country Head of C&R Software India, where they oversee the operations and focuses on building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Prior to this, Vikas worked at FICO™ for over a decade, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Manager, Director, and finally Senior Director of Professional Services. In these roles, they led teams of software consultants and quality assurance engineers, developed CoEs for data integration, quality assurance, test automation, and delivery management, and was responsible for solution integration, quality assurance, and delivery management for marketing solutions, originations, customer management, and collections & recovery practices.

Before FICO™, Vikas worked at HSBC as an Assistant Vice President of Change Delivery, where they managed an IT re-engineering program across multiple service centers. Their responsibilities included program management, stakeholder management, and leading and delivering change.

Vikas also has experience working at GE Capital, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant in the data warehousing/business intelligence practice, and at Xavient Digital as a Senior System Analyst, leading the delivery of projects in supply chain management and data warehousing.

Vikas began their career at Ness Digital Engineering as a Software Engineer.

Vikas Sharma completed their PGPMAX Executive MBA degree in Management from the Indian School of Business from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2001 to 2003. Their bachelor's degree, a B.Sc. in Science, was obtained from Hindu College, University of Delhi, between 1994 and 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Vikas Sharma has obtained several certifications. Vikas received the ISB: PGPMAX International Immersion Programme certification from the London Business School in March 2023. In March 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to that, they acquired the Amazon Web Services Security Specialty certification in December 2019 and the Amazon Web Services Big Data Specialty certification in October 2019. In May 2019, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification, and in October 2018, they achieved the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional and has obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
