Yan Chen has extensive work experience in software development and management. Currently, Yan holds the position of Lead Software Development Engineer at C&R Software since June 2021. Prior to this role, Yan worked at FICO as a Software Engineering Manager from December 2012 to June 2021. Before FICO, Yan was an ETL Development Team Lead at CR Software from March 2010 to November 2012. In addition, Yan has experience as a SQL Server Developer at Clark Construction from December 2008 to February 2010, a BI analyst at ServiceBench from May 2006 to November 2008, a SQL Server DBA at Aristotle International from February 2006 to May 2006, and a SQL Developer/MicroStrategy Consultant at NetSpring from October 2004 to February 2006.

Yan Chen obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Southeastern University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
