Cindy Beer

Cindy Beer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and sales. Currently serving as a Lead Program Manager at Ansys since November 2022, Cindy has demonstrated expertise in driving successful projects. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Director of Sales at C&R Technologies from September 1994 to the present. Cindy’s technical background includes experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Gates Corporation from February 1991 to December 1993 and as a Propulsion and Thermal Engineer at Lockheed Martin from July 1985 to December 1990. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1980 and 1985.
