In 1996, they founded Diamond Technologies, where they served as President and provided strategic level guidance and IT support to small and mid-sized businesses, government agencies and organizations. Since 2016, they have been working as Chief Information Officer at Cr24 Inc., a cloud-driven SaaS software provider that specializes in AI software product catering to global financial, health services, and online loyalty retail markets. Greg'sfocus is on marketing, design, and technology intelligence, and staying ahead of the rapidly-evolving digital consumer.

Greg Ballance earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University in 1983. From 1983 to 1986, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance and Business Administration at Rutgers University - Camden.
