Ben Stringfellow

Ben Stringfellow advises leaders and teams on how to use communication to drive results, build credibility, and advance relationships that matter most.

Prior to joining CRA, he spent 16 years in various leadership roles – ranging from communications to operations – at McDonald’s. Most recently, he served as Chief Communications Officer for McDonald’s USA. In addition to building and serving as leader of the communications function, Ben also served as a member of the company’s cross-functional senior leadership team. Prior to McDonald’s, Ben spent several years at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in retail strategy and process design.

Ben’s experience spans the full spectrum of leadership and communication, including C-suite counsel, employee communication, crisis communication, media relations, government and public affairs, brand/marketing communication, and public relations. Driving strategy through communication, cultivating talent, and coaching executives on how they lead and communicate credibly are his specialties.

Outside the office, Ben enjoys fitness, running, and traveling, and he has a passion for all things design. He recently completed an immersive program focused on interiors, architecture, and lighting at Parsons in New York. Ben serves on the Board of Directors for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and is a founding member of the Governor’s LGBTQ Advisory Council for the state of Illinois. He resides in Chicago.
