Andy Schrom

Andy Schrom, CFA, has a diverse background in finance and data engineering, currently serving as Head of Data at Crabel Capital Management, LLC since August 2020, with previous roles that include Data Engineer and Associate Data Engineer. Prior to this, Andy gained valuable experience as an Equity Research Intern at Dana Investment Advisors, where research on the EV market led to actionable investment recommendations. Internships at Alter Domus involved the development of a capital event documentation system for a $3.9 billion fund and enhancements in transaction reconciliation processes. Earlier experience includes a Credit Administration Internship at Tri City National Bank, focused on stress testing and optimizing software for loan assessments, along with roles in sales at Menards and Vector Marketing. Andy holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2020.
