Connie Wick has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Connie began their career in 1998 as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Strong Capital Management, where they were responsible for legal counsel and contract drafting. From 2003 to 2005, they served as Chief Compliance Officer at Heartland Advisors, overseeing compliance programs and conducting due diligence reviews. Connie then worked as a Managing Consultant at Vista360, providing consulting services to various investment firms. Connie later joined Stark Investments as a Senior Corporate Counsel, where they developed compliance program policies and reviewed firm communications. From 2010 to 2015, Connie worked as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Castle Creek Arbitrage LLC. Currently, they hold the position of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Crabel Capital Management, starting in 2015. In 2021, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors at the National Futures Association.

Connie Wick attended Marquette University Law School from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a JD degree. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they obtained an MBA degree.
