Michael Dugan

Michael Dugan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Commercial Logistics & Material Delivery Intern at Foseco Metallurgical Inc. in 2004. Michael then moved on to Cardinal Health, where they worked as a Project Management Intern, Financial Analyst in the Financial Development Program, and eventually as a Financial Analyst & Kaizen Project Leader in the Financial Development Program. In 2007, Dugan joined Magnetar Capital, where they held multiple positions including Operations Specialist, Team Lead in the Clearing Group and Corporate Actions, Manager of the Clearing and Corporate Actions Team, Analyst in Business Unit Control, and finally, as a Team Lead in Product Control and Business Unit Control. Currently, Dugan is working at Crabel Capital Management, LLC as the Back Office Operations Manager, and they were recently promoted to the position of Director of Back Office Operations in August 2020.

Michael Dugan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Ohio University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In 2005, they also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Pau in France. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Real Estate Salesperson from the State of Wisconsin in January 2019, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification but the institution and date acquired are not specified.
