Cracom Engineering Technologies, Inc. was established in 1984 as a Deleware corporation, and is a veteran-owned small business research and development consulting firm. Cracom frequently provides Scientific Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to support high technology defense programs, SBIR/STTR awards and commercial projects. Since 1986, served as corporate members of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Association of Old Crows (AOC), Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce (MWCOC) and Boston Audio Society (BAS), and from 1999 a Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) early adopter

Cracom provides hardware and software development of subsystems and equipment used in terrestrial, seagoing airborne and space based for communications, radar, lidar, FLIR, EW, ECM, test and measurement applications.

Cracom's forte is providing innovative technical solutions to customers involved in the entire system or product design life cycle. Cracom supports its clients all the way from the sales and marketing, conceptual formulation and hardware design phase, to the integration, test, evaluation and final deployment phase.
 
Cracom specializes in systems engineering, analysis, modeling, simulation, trade-off studies, writing and review of technical proposals and specifications, development of sophisticated integrated hybrid modules/assemblies that encompass RF/microwave, analog, optical and digital/DSP embedded technologies. 

Cracom is presently developing custom high performance IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n, WiMAX and LTE transmitters, receivers, phased-array and embedded antennas for microcell base stations and other wireless applications.
