Sofia Sundström

Sofia Sundström serves as a Circular Transition Officer at Cradlenet, where responsibilities include facilitating business transitions to circular models through speaking engagements, network activities, and coaching. As the founder of konfront, Sofia has shifted the focus from digital solutions in performing arts and human rights to leadership and service design in circular business and community development. Previously, as co-founder of Octopoda Sustainable Solutions AB, Sofia contributed to software development for product-as-service models in the outdoor industry. From 2009 to 2020, Sofia co-founded and led SthlmConnection as CEO, overseeing project lifecycle management. Additionally, experience as a lecturer at DOCH involved teaching on branding and entrepreneurship, while earlier roles included managing communication strategies at the same institution. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Engineering in Media Technology from Linköping University and executive education from Stockholm School of Economics.
