In 2007, Craft Coaching and Development (then known as The Creative Edge) was born from a radical and groundbreaking idea — that creativity has a critical role to play in successful businesses and lives. At Craft, we believe creative practices — like nurturing curiosity, using available resources in new ways, taking a big vision from idea to execution, and creating opportunities from the unexpected — aren’t just for artists, but for everyone.
More than that, we believe the world needs people to practice creative ways of thinking, working, leading and living. We need innovators, dot-connectors, disruptors, pioneers, opportunity-seekers and idea-generators. We need creative leaders running purpose-led businesses and leading high-performing, connected teams.

Coaching with Craft isn’t about following a 3 step process or a method for success. We design customised coaching plans for each individual and their circumstances, as we know this is the best way to get sustainable, successful outcomes in coaching. Coaching with Craft is about designing new ways to elevate your life and your business — ways that wholly align with who you are and what you’re here to do.
As accredited specialist coaches, we use proven frameworks and evidence-based strategies and tools as our grounding.

We’ve helped countless clients and their teams tap into their strengths through coaching, training, diagnostics and assessments to enhance their skills, lead their businesses and achieve their strategies and goals.

We do this by offering:
🔸1:1 customised, carefully curated coaching plans
🔸Team workshops and cultural audits
🔸Online self-coaching resources
🔸Strengths-based diagnostics, assessments and tools to help leaders enhance their capabilities.
