Bettina Botos

Bettina Botos has a wealth of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Bettina began their career in 2000 as an HR Manager for BCN Ltd. (Business Communication Network). Bettina then moved to ProfiPower Ltd. in 2005 as a Recruitment Team Manager/IT Sector. In 2009, they became an HR Manager/Recruitment Team Manager for Randstad Ltd. In 2013, they were a Corporate Trainer assigned to Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing Inc. with Bluebeam, Inc. In 2015, they were International Talent Acquisition for US-Europe-Canada-Australia with Bluebeam, Inc. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Lead Mentor/Diversity Program Manager for Fusion Academy. In 2020, they were a Head of Human Resources/Head of Talent Acquisition for greeHill Integrated Tree Management. Finally, in 2021, they became a Talent Partner for Craft Docs.

Bettina Botos has a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Pécs, as well as a Master of Arts in Education in French Language and Civilization from the same university. Bettina also has a Professional preparation to apply self-awareness skills in coaching and mentoring from the Hungarian Psychodrama Institute in Budapest, Hungary. Bettina has a Certificate to train corporate leaders in coaching and mentoring from the Randstad Academy in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Additionally, they have taken courses in Business/Corporate Communications at Harvard University and European Relations at the University of Strasbourg. Currently, they are enrolled in a program for Dance and Movement Therapy at the Eötvös Loránd University.
