Zsófia Bodnár

Zsófia Bodnár has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Zsófia began their career as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Kelly Services in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Research Associate at Karrier Hungária. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an HR intern and Human Resources Coordinator at Profigram Process Control Ltd. In 2020, they moved to Wavemaker as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2021, they joined The HEINEKEN Company as a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Zsófia is currently employed as a People & Culture Generalist at Craft Docs.

Zsófia Bodnár completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Corvinus University of Budapest between 2013 and 2016. Following this, they completed a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2019. In 2018, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Tübingen, focusing on Management and Economics. Additionally, they completed a 150-hour Trainer Certification program at Trénekrek Iskolája.
