Craft House is a hospitality strategy and development consultancy founded on a simple belief: the world’s most inspiring destinations are built where creative vision meets operational excellence and financial sustainability. For 15 years, we’ve partnered with hoteliers, private clubs, and destination developers to bring bold concepts to life — from initial vision through opening night and beyond. Our work spans six continents, guided by principals Yvette Jong and Jonas Ogren, whose combined backgrounds include Soho House, Horwath HTL, and Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration. We don’t just consult — we collaborate. Every engagement is built on deep immersion in your brand, your guests, and your market.
