Born from a desire to elevate premium Irish whiskey to the heights it once enjoyed, The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. is on a mission to restore Ireland’s reputation for crafting the finest whiskeys in the world. The company honours the whiskey-making art refined by Irish whiskey masters over the centuries, but adds today’s science to reinvent the craft. Accessories of equal innovation raise the experience to the level demanded by whiskey of such quality.

The whiskey experience is enhanced through partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands who share our drive for perfection, including Hallstein Artisan Water, Fabergé, Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Racecourse, and Selfridges. Partnering with selected venues who share our passion for the craft has allowed us to work in collaboration with the finest bartenders and chefs, drawing on and contributing to their expertise to deliver the perfect bar experience.

Our whiskeys can be enjoyed by the glass in select upscale and Michelin-starred restaurants including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Alain Roux's The Waterside Inn, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Frog by Adam Handling, and Jason Atherton's City Social.

From the world’s Best Irish Single Malt, The Devil’s Keep, to the #1 luxury design of 2022, The Emerald Isle, these are ultra-rare Irish single malts of exquisite distinction. To discover the rare releases of The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., visit craftirishwhiskey.com
