Craft Village Group focuses on identifying well located suburban centres and helping them evolve into local villages that enhance everyday life in their communities. Our goal is simple: to rethink local centres so they are useful, welcoming and relevant for the people who rely on them, strengthening connection and enhancing everyday life.

ABOUT CRAFT

Craft Village Group brings together specialists across retail, property, development, capital, leasing, design and hospitality who have worked together on retail and mixed-use projects across Australia for many years.

The team behind Craft has been involved in the ownership, development and repositioning of neighbourhood and regional centres for decades, providing deep expertise in how suburban centres operate and how they can successfully evolve over time.

The group’s experience includes the repositioning of Beaudesert Fair, the redevelopment of Everton Park Lane including the introduction of Park Lane, now a recognised dining destination in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

Alongside these larger projects, the team has also delivered many standalone developments across quick service retail, childcare, radiology and service stations.

The next stage of Craft’s development pipeline will see the continued evolution of Everton Park Lane as the precinct enters its next phase, building on its success with further improvements to the vibrant neighbourhood destination.

Craft is also progressing the transformation of Jetty Village and Jetty Lane at Redcliffe and Cornerstone Village at Kenmore. Through these projects Craft continues to focus on improving well located suburban centres and helping them evolve alongside the communities they serve.
