Desiree Sideroff has a wealth of experience in the field of economic and community development. Desiree began their career in 1998 as a Program Manager for Berkeley Worms. In 1999, they moved on to become the Vice President for the University Students Cooperative Association (USCA). In 2003, they worked as an Associate for MIG before joining Local Initiatives Support Corporation as a Program Officer for Economic Development & Community Planning in 2004. In 2008, they established their own consulting firm, Desiree Sideroff Consulting. Finally, in 2010, they joined Craft3 as Senior Vice President.

Desiree Sideroff received a Masters in Urban Studies/Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Peace & Conflict Studies and a B.S. in Conservation & Resource Studies from UC Berkeley, Rausser College of Natural Resources in 1999.
