Steven Phan began their career in 2013 as a Business Relationship Manager, AVP at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, they helped develop and deepen relationships with local non-profit partners through community engagement. In 2019, they established a Week of Service, engaged with 14 new community partners, and expanded engagement to Bend, Eugene, Medford and Salem. In 2021, Steven joined Craft3 as a Business Lender & Intake Specialist.
Steven Phan completed their Exec. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Human Development & Family Services degree from Oregon State University in 2014. Steven also attended Portland Community College from 2010 to 2012.
