As the President and CEO of GuestXM - Now powered by Black Box Intelligence™, Cantu leads an efficiency-driven platform specializing in omnichannel feedback and market intelligence for the restaurant sector. Previously, Cantu co-founded and served as Chief Customer Officer of HotSchedules, contributing significantly to its growth over 21 years.
