Edith McClelland

VP of Customer Success at Craftable

Edith McClelland has a wide range of work experience. Edith began their career in 2008 as an Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, where they provided general administrative duties and researched bills and statistics for Congressional Aides. In 2009, they worked as a Political Relations/Graphic Design Intern for Working Wardrobes for a New Start, where they researched grants, edited grant proposals, and organized donations for large-scale events. In 2010, they worked as a Move Coordinator for CityMove, Pty Ltd., and as a Website Data Entry for Tom Ferry Companies. In 2011, they were an Interstate Move Coordinator for CityMove, Pty. Ltd., and in 2012 they were an Operations Manager for VideoHealth. From 2013 to 2017, Edith worked at Compass Education Australia, where they held the roles of Training and Documentation Manager, Senior Support Officer, and Support Officer. Most recently, they have been working at Craftable | FNBTech, Inc. since 2017 as the VP of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success.

Edith McClelland received their M.A. in International Studies from the University of Sydney in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from UC Irvine in 2009.
