Jeff Cozad

Jeff Cozad has extensive work experience in investment management, venture capital investment, and advisory board roles. Jeff co-founded Stonerise Capital Partners in 2007 and served as the Managing Partner Emeritus. At Stonerise, they focused on intensive due diligence, concentrated portfolio management, and value-creating strategies, leading to the deployment of over $5 billion in investments across 150 different companies.

In addition to Stonerise, they also worked as an Angel and Early Stage Venture Capital Investor at Cozad Investments, LP starting in 2007. Jeff Cozad served as a Board Member and Lead Angel Investor at Craftable since September 2015 and as an Advisory Board Member and Lead Angel Investor at BREVVIE since March 2020.

Jeff also holds several advisory board and investor roles at other companies including Schwazze, Kukun, Bridge, and Cleanshelf.

Furthermore, they have contributed to the field of education as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Endowment Fund Investment Committee at DePauw University from May 2011 to September 2021.

Lastly, they have experience in public company board membership, having served on the board of CBRE from June 2001 to September 2006.

Jeff Cozad completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from DePauw University, attending from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they participated in a program called College Year in Athens in 1985, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Later, they pursued an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, studying from 1989 to 1991.
