Jennifer Garza has four years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2018 as a Microsoft Certified Professional at Rackspace Technology. In 2019, they moved to Hulu as a Viewer Experience Technician. In 2020, they joined Blueprint Technologies as a Microsoft 365 FastTrack Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Customer Experience Manager at Craftable.

Jennifer Garza began their educational journey in 2017 when they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Northwest Vista College. Jennifer then went on to The University of Texas at San Antonio where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they are expected to receive in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification from Microsoft.
