Michael Grossbard

Michael Grossbard is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement Services at Craftable since January 2022, Michael has held several senior roles, including Vice President and Director of Procurement at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from July 2018 to July 2022, and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at The ONE Group from June 2010 to June 2018. Previous positions include Operations Controller at The Glazier Group, Inc., Director of Purchasing at Sushi Samba, and Director of Purchasing at Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group. Michael began their career as Beverage Director at Ark Restaurants from 1996 to 1998.
