Samuel Zats has a wealth of experience in the business world. Samuel began their career in 2005 as an Associate Publisher for Travelhost Magazine. In 2008, they took on the role of Summer Associate at Band of Angels. In 2009, they became a Graduate Student Researcher at the Berkeley Sensor and Actuator Center at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2010, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst in Business Technology. In 2011, they took on the role of Partner at the Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund (SV2). In 2012, they enrolled in the MBA program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2013, they returned to McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate in Business Technology. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded and became CEO of Craftable, an all-in-one restaurant management platform.
Samuel Zats completed a High School Diploma from Menlo School in 2005. Samuel then attended University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a BS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences in 2009, as well as a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Technology. After that, they returned to UC Berkeley to earn a MS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences in 2010. Finally, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA in 2014.
