Tom Wade

Tom Wade is an experienced hospitality professional and the current Head of Membership & Events at Crafted, where they lead the development of membership programs and events that foster community engagement. With a Master’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology and over 20 years in the industry, Tom has held various roles, including Director at Vine to Table Ltd and General Manager at Tillingham Estate and Wiston Estate. They have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing member experiences and service standards across multiple establishments, including The House of St Barnabas and The Vane Arms. Currently, Tom is studying for their MSc in Viticulture and Oenology, further enriching their expertise in wine tourism and hospitality consultancy.
