Phil Nguyen

Phil Nguyen has worked in the software engineering industry since 2012. Phil began their career at FPT Software as a System Engineer, where they worked on web service development, software development, and offshore service. In 2013, they moved to FPT Japan Holdings as a System Engineer, where they created a content delivery system based on user network context. In 2014, they joined Mobilus Corporation as a System Engineer, where they took part in a startup project to work closely with members from Silicon Valley. Phil was a Full Stack Web Developer and built responsive web applications as well as web-based iOS/Android native applications. In 2017, they joined Rakuten as a Tech Lead - Web Application Engineer, where they managed a team of 7-10 members and developed tools and automation processes for Rakuten Ichiba. Phil is currently working at Crafter Software as a Software Engineer.

Phil Nguyen attended Hanoi University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. Phil then attended Keio University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Phil also holds a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 certification.
