Crafting A Brand is based in the Village of Pittsford, NY near the city of Rochester, the Finger Lakes region, and their thriving craft beverage and tourism industries. The company was founded by agency veteran Glenn Clark in 2003 as Clark CSM Marketing Communications. In 2018 Clark CSM rebranded as Crafting A Brand to demonstrate a commitment to serving and supporting the craft beverage and tourism industries, and to telling compelling brand stories that attract customers and grow businesses.
