Prior to this role, Anca was a Business Development Specialist at Yardi, responsible for international partnerships for Point2 Homes, and held various positions at Continental, including Business System Consultant and Talent Management and Organizational Development Specialist. Anca's career began as an English Teacher at HARMON HALL, where skills in instructional delivery were honed. Anca is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies at Babes-Bolyai University.
