Travis Jones has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence and analytics. Travis started their career at Quest Diagnostics in 2006 as a Billing Functional Lead and worked there until 2012. In 2013, they joined Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles, including Analytics Manager (Operational Excellence), Business Intelligence Analyst, and Product Owner. Travis worked at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union until 2019 when they joined Avalon Healthcare Solutions as a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst. In 2022, Travis worked briefly as a Data Consultant at AlphaSights before joining CraftJack as a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst.
Travis Jones completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Travis further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Intelligence and Analytics from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they received several certifications, including MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 and MCSE: Business Intelligence from Microsoft in July 2016, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in March 2015, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
