Matt Bilby

Matt Bilby has over two decades of experience in various management roles within the food and packaging industries. Starting as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ball Corporation from February 1994 to August 1999, Matt then advanced through several positions at Frito-Lay from April 2017 to April 2025, including Warehouse Department Manager, Packaging Department Manager, Field Performance Manager, Packaging Supervisor, and Shift Manager/Project Manager. Currently, Matt serves as the Director of Warehouse and Logistics at CraftMark Bakery since May 2025. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ball State University, graduating with a GPA of 3.45.
