We founded our consultancy on a core belief: a fantastic product deserves a thriving business, and a growing business demands an impeccable product.

Our expertise: Science & strategy

Our unique approach is built on two complementary pillars:
• Scientific rigor (Tuur Mertens, Dr-Ing.): A PhD in Brewing Science and former Quality Manager, Tuur provides mastery over the technical challenges. His expertise includes quality systems (QA/QC), flavour stability, process optimization, and food safety (HACCP).
• Operational architecture (Nina De Vlieghere, Ing.): A food tech operations expert, Nina provides the strategic framework for growth. Her expertise lies in project management, scaling operations, and turning ambition into a streamlined, successful market launch.
