Gabi Edelmann

Gabi Edelmann has extensive experience in the field of support and product management, currently serving as Teamlead Support at OS Datensysteme GmbH since August 1992, where responsibilities include team coordination, documentation, and technical editing, as well as managing the customer portal Zendesk. Additionally, Gabi Edelmann holds a position in product management for OSD-ERP within the same company. Since May 2021, Gabi Edelmann has also been the Teamlead Support OSD at Craftview Software GmbH. Gabi Edelmann earned a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences between 1987 and 1992.
