Mara Jones

Mara Jones currently serves as the Vice President of People at Crafty and is an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, an early-stage advisory and investment group. Previously, Mara held multiple roles at Kasa, including Vice President, People & Culture, focusing on strengthening talent branding and evolving company culture. Additional experience includes a Vice President of Recruiting position at The Bay Club Company, where strategic focus was on hiring diverse talent and enhancing candidate experiences. Mara’s extensive background in hospitality and operations spans roles in restaurant management, front desk management, and event planning, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and ongoing education at UC Berkeley Extension.
