Barbara Deskey

Barbara Deskey provides coaching, counsel, and facilitation for senior leaders, founders, and their teams. She offers experience in coaching individuals and teams that drive results while strengthening bonds, spurring problem-solving that supports performance breakthroughs, and guiding clients to communicate powerfully to influence and inspire others to take action.

Prior to joining CRA, Barbara built her growth advisory practice with EchelonCommunicate, serving as Growth Director, executive coach, and facilitator of workshops and labs. Barbara has also focused on strategy, business development, sales, client services, and board advisory roles with two digital marketing and media start-ups, and as a relationship and M&A deal cultivator for a global strategic investment bank. For 14 years, she served clients at Deloitte Consulting, earning a reputation as a pioneer in working cross-functionally to drive transformation and as an intrapreneur in creating profitable new services.

She has served eminent clients in the high-tech, telecommunications, media, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries as well as public and non-profit entities, including AbbVie, Bank of America, Citi, Cities of Atlanta and Dallas, Cox Enterprises, Fulton County Schools, GE, McKesson, UPS, and Verizon. She has also worked for Morgan Stanley, AT&T, and Haverford College.
